Policy
  • We follow the guidelines on the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and the Good Clinical Research Practice (GCP),
  • We work according to the Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects adopted by the World Medical Association on the Declaration of Helsinki and all its amendments.
  • We apply the Directive 2001/20/Ec of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the implementation of good clinical practice.
  • We apply the Spanish Law regulating the good clinical practice in the RD 223/2004, the Orders SCO/256/2007, and SCO/362/2008, and the Circular Letters 07/2004 and 15/2002 from the Spanish Drug Agency (AEM)
  • We assume the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of each client with whom a contractual agreement exists to provide services for a project under the Client´s sponsorship or we use our own approved Standard Operating Procedures.
  • We warranty the confidentiality of every discovery or advance generated on the investigations we take part.
  • We strictly cover all the regulations in Personal Data Protection applied in Spain and the European Union.
  • We have established an environment policy that warranties our waste management, by reusing, recovering and reprocessing.

León Research has joined the Biopharmaceutics Cluster of Castilla y León as founding member. This Cluster groups the major public and private entities in the Pharma Industry from our region, and will strieve to improve this productivity sector, focusing its efforts in R&D and innovation, internationalization and implant training specific programs for the Industry. We joined this group with our highest expectations and convinced that we will achieve the goals with effort but steadily.
